Habitat for Humanity’s mission in Smith County- and worldwide – is to partner with the community to build decent, affordable housing for people in need so that they may build better lives for their families.
Volunteer Opportunities
Construction
New construction and critical repairs are two of the most well-known ways to volunteer at Smith County Habitat. However, these spaces fill up fast! Volunteer spots are available to build sponsors first, then to single-day sponsor groups.
ReStore
The Smith County Habitat ReStore is a vital part of our organization, serving as both a community hub and a resource for funding our mission. At the ReStore, volunteers play a crucial role by assisting shoppers and donors, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
No Hardhat Required
Offer behind-the-scenes assistance with fundraising, event planning, hospitality, advocacy, and office support.
We look forward to having you join Habitat for Humanity as a new volunteer.
We may not always have volunteer opportunities readily available to fill, but we try our best to work with groups to find projects that fit their skill level and interests!
